You can get this app on "EVER" device offered "except" a windows OS pc/laptop/phone. "Microsoft" does not allow or offer the "Amazon Prime Video" app in your "Microsoft app store". What a load of crap.this is a Microsoft issue and NOT AN AMAZON issue.
